I don't know about you but one of the most frustrating and tedious tasks for me, on any diet plan, is figuring out what to eat and when. Every dieter needs his or her own diet menu planner. The ideal one for me would be named Chef Louise and she would plan and prepare all my meals. Sadly, Chef Louise is not in the budget. I must plan my diet menu all on my own.
